Project Description:
The project took place during the preparation phase for the light train of the Dan Region.

Stage I:
Planning and construction of jacking and target shafts for pipe jacking concrete pipes of 160 cm in diameter for the sewerage, whose length is 1550 meters and whose sleeve for the water pipe 24”; total length is 1100 meters.

Stage II:
Planning and construction of 12 sewerage manholes on the line, and connections to secondary sewerage lines.
Planning and construction of 4x valves, including valves for water pipes, and connection of the line to the municipal system.
Construction of sewerage valves on the line.
Construction of a drainage line of 100 centimeter in diameter in an exposed bore-hole in a blvd. and construction of a water-line 24” of about 300 meters of exposed excavation south of the drilling peer.

Project Description:
This project was intended to restore and renew the area in order to keep its Historical value. The work was done together with the Israeli Antiquities Authority.
Shtang had to do the job with as minimal interference as possible in the area's everyday busy life. Therefore, all the renewing of the underground infrastructure, the fixing of electricity lines which demanded shutting down, the rearranging of drainage tunnels, the improvement of telephone infrastructure and development of roads and sidewalks – were all done in full cooperation with the merchants working in the area.
